Didn't catch this but I'm constantly blown away by '24 hours in A and E' on channel four. Sheer human drama at its very sharpest and the perfect advert for the phenomenonal guys and girls in our NHS.

I have the tissues on standby and am again completely amazed at our wonderful NHS.
