what work outs do you do.

Not long got back in to it and up to running a few mile a day and a bit of weights

I am doing a bodybuilding program, gym 4 times a week, cardio 7 times a week, eating surplus calories, total meals eating aday 6 to 7

I just eat 6-7 meals a day (lol) x

Im so Hungry at the minute when i come back im over eating,getting fitter but no weight loss lol
