"I've been swimming a lot lately, it's brilliant cardio and I like thinking while I swim. "
Trouble is when I think I forget how many lengths I have done , I want a clicker thingy to keep track. |

I go by time anyway, do 40/45 mins with a few blasts thrown in! I'm not really into having a little card at the side of the pool like some of them do! |

I also swim 3-4 times a week. It's easy. Fun and helped me to shift two stone too. I know everyone can be body conscious but it's not half as bad as people think |
