I love swimming , started going couple months ago with a friend at least twice a week. I'm slow and not very good but I enjoy it.

I've been swimming a lot lately, it's brilliant cardio and I like thinking while I swim.

Trouble is when I think I forget how many lengths I have done , I want a clicker thingy to keep track.

I go by time anyway, do 40/45 mins with a few blasts thrown in! I'm not really into having a little card at the side of the pool like some of them do!

Normally swim 3 or 4 times a week makes me feel ready for the day.

As I have a brocken ankle now cannot swim but cannot wait to get back in the pool.

I also swim 3-4 times a week. It's easy. Fun and helped me to shift two stone too. I know everyone can be body conscious but it's not half as bad as people think
