Totally pointless placing the statement as the copyright of your profile text and pictures does not require it, but it actually IS enforceable if your willing to face the upfront legal expense and potential embarrassment. |

Fabs T&Cs indemnify them against that. They have no ability to prevent someone copying your images or text. They would never be held responsible. |

I saw a mock though, someone saying "If you want to wank over my pictures go ahead but I think there are better ones!" instead of the disclaimer. Thought it was funny :P |

Yes and if anything possibly counterproductive. By putting the disclaimer on you have shown you are clearly aware of the possible risks of posting pictures on-line and, as such, closed of any possibility of pursuing a claim against the site or pretty much anyone else on those lines. |
