Topping is and exhaustion of meticulous preparation and practice enough to draw the right emotion athe the most appropriate time.
Bottoming is a challenge of mental endurance, that gives the participant the opportunities to find things out about themselves and resize their limits and possibly learn how to top, having a grap on what is happening to their subject.
It's like getting in the ring, being hit and realising you didn't just break.
That's far more satisfying than learning how to throw a punch! |
