As the song goes, I'm sick and tired of always being sick and tired.

I'm not usually one to moan but being poorly and in pain for as long as I have is beginning to take its toll on my sanity.

Can anyone tell me some jokes/funny stories or just talk some general nonsense to cheer me up please.
