Has anyone else come across people messaging them who has a odd verification from a school friend or something silly like that, look at their profile and they have had one verification about 8 months ago and that person hasn't been online for months?
And just get on odd feeling not to trust them? I'm probably not explaining it right at all.
But can you really trust verified people? Plus can't people just get verified and then delete their images and upload another persons and be a catfish on here?
Strange. |

Despite being on other sites, I only have one veri on this site from a number of years ago.
(my account has been dormant until the last few months when I re-joined, primarily to hunt out a fake profile of me which was made by a troll from another site, but I've stopped around as I enjoy the banter).
From a discussion in a different part of the forum tonight, I get the distinct impression that some people think my lack of veri's is an issue!!

The first thing I was offered on here was a verification to "get me started"....no meet, no cam so it would have been a fake. I declined and reported the user, so fake verifications are out there but I'm sure the majority are real. |

Yeah a few personal friend of mine have asked me to verify them from joining the site I always refuse cause they might not be willing to meet or test the waters so I plain and simple don't do it even though I have known them for years, plus I have been asked to verify a few people who "want my verification on their page" |

Trust your instincts. If you feel there's something wrong just move on to someone else. |

It annoys me when people are on here complaining about getting meet veris and someone offers to cam with them in the chat room.
To me a veri means very little. Guys go unlos with veris and without them, newbies or not.
I trust my judgment.
Veris can work in many ways. There is a woman who only bare backs and if her veri is on someone who contacts me I tend to avoid them.
In the end veris are just a small part of the whole decision to meet" process.

I think some people join because someone else asked them to (i did this btw) but don't use the site much, for whatever reasons, and don't really get meets.
I notice some guys ask me to meet their mates, and they are having success on here so don't know why they need their mates to ask for them?

I agree - verifications are a bit like trip advisor reviews, but written by someone that got a free room and unlimited beer!

"It's a tool that you can use. I've seen people with great pictures that blatantly aren't their own with verifications and wonder at it. "
I've met someone I'd chatted to a while on here and on the phone. Came to meet and she had clearly sent me photos of a different woman. Burst into tears when I mentioned it! (She didn't expect me to be too bothered)... |

As said above, you just have to trust your instincts, as a rule we don't generally meet people who have only 1 or 2 verifications, that may not be right in some peoples eyes, but its what we are happy with and we've not had a bad meet yet. |

Did you still have fun, though? |
