Is this tall coz i meet a fair amount of guys this height and they don't seem tall to me (i'm 5ft1 and a bit). Not sure if they're lying or not?
Gonna buy me a height chart and put it on my front door, if they lied about their height they're going home. |

Took to long to post, so can't really add anything to this thread aside from I consider 5'11" (my height) comfortable for a wide range of activities, except for my short 5'7 relatives asking me to get things off shelves all the time |

Lol i use utensils to reach stuff.
I don't only wanna meet tall guys but when someone says they're tall i expect them to be. Just bugs me more that people lie about stuff. |

I don't wear shoes at home, when going out i would though but i can't walk in heels so stick to small wedges (2inch max) or flip-flops.
I'm also sometimes wondering if i'm taller than i think, but got measured at boots last year, got a receipt and everything. |

I've met men who have 6ft+ on their profile and in my 3 inch boots I'm taller or eye to eye with them. It doesn't bother me but as my eyesight sometimes blurs I can't pick them out in a crowd because I'm looking for someone taller |

I come from a family of giants I'm 6ft 3 with both my sisters well over six foot. Even my 15 year old nephews are taller than me now.
My Dad and his before him were big old units.
Being tall is great. |

Hmm. Wondering if most guys just don't know their height then? I notice one person has said this already.
I thought i was 5ft 3 until i got measured this year. Which my sister says she is 5ft 3 and she's my height as well. |

Was debating this the other day.
I fluctuate between 6ft and 6'2.
If I've been up all day I'm just below 6'1 about 6ft and a half.
If it's first thing in the morning I'm nearly 6'2.
Someone I've met a few times if she has heels on and her hair up she's taller than me.
In my defence though she has fucking massive heels and enough hair on her head for 2 women.
(She'll dispute this though) |

This is actually hilarious. I was just chinwagging with my workmate and he said he's 5 ft 10... Lol
I tower over this guy and I'm only 6'2
I think a lot of guys just throw 5ft10 out there but don't quite measure up |

I subtract 2 inches from every height measurement given to me by a man, until the point at which they're over about 6'5, when they tend to under exaggerate instead.
It can be a bit annoying...it's like me saying to someone who only wants to meet slim women that I'm a size 10, and then turning up being a size 18.
I can't feel comfortable with anyone if I'm taller than them (even if it makes no difference lying down blah blah - yes, it does). |

"Is this tall? "
I believe it's actually early-onset gigantism. You should always be careful about agreeing to meet such lofty lovers - the world they normally inhabit has far less oxygen, so when they're lying down it tends to go to their head.
Government safety advice states that women who prefer taller men should actually wear flat shoes and bend their knees a bit. It's why we always meet for the first time in places where I can stand on a higher step.

i've been thinking this for ages that 5ft 10 is a default height that guys use on their profiles!
I'm approx 5ft 7/8 in heels and I've been the same height at times..... |

I often find I'm bigger in the morning (no sniggering at the back!)
Know for a fact I've banged my head on the bathroom door first thing, yet have 'clearance' in the evening !
So, maybe I should be 6ft 5" morning height. I'm still tall though |

I'm gonna do that, surprisingly it's younger guys who tend not to lie about their height. Have had a really tall guy who said he was 5ft10 and insisted he was so this doesn't help either.
And i agree it does make a difference when lied down even, you can still tell.
Hehe some funny answers in here as well... |

Funny?
You do realise there is no trick photography in our latest pics don't you? I do really only come up to Mrs ddc's knees.
(Even though I play a mean piano concerto, Mrs ddc still rues the day her fairy godmother misheard her request and she ended up with a 12 inch pianist by mistake)
