I have a saggy bum! It's been 7 months since I've done any proper lower body exercise because of these fuckingstupidcuntflapshittybastardbollocks crutches and now my bum is sagging!
I can't do squats because that involves my knee... So what can I do to tone up my bum? I've gained a bit of weight which obviously doesn't help but that's mostly to do with medical issues and not calories - I'm cutting down though anyway so don't tell me off
Helpppppppp pleaseeeee |

Can you lie in your back and do a bridge, clenching your bum in as you lift up and down?
I'm not sure if this will put pressure on your knee tho, you might need to check with a physio what's best for you. |

"I bum dance all the time. In the car, the van, at the bar.
I'm just picturing you shaking your bum at people xD "
Lots of people do honey
I didn't mean shaking it though. I mean clenching together or one at a time along with some tunes. Swivelling my hips too. How effective it is, I don't know, but my butt cheeks ache sometimes after a good song |

If I balance and use my good leg, possibly I'll give it a go. I'm sick of my saggy bum lol |

"Another 6-12 months on crutches, apparently. I need to chase up my pain management referral.
I'm tempted to try swimming but I'm worried I'll slip trying to get into the pool. "
Chat it through with your physio people and explain the situation with poolside staff. Am sure they'd be perfectly equipped to assist you in getting in/out safely. |

Yeah I know what you meant I just had this image of you shaking your bum lol. It's a bit like my bum wriggle that I do when I'm sat down to stop pins and needles |

I'm not even getting physio :-/ it made my knee worse to begin with.. Like a LOT worse and that's when they said I have CRPS. I'll chat to my doctor and try to work out what's happening next. As for swimming, I'm sure they would help but it's still scary I'll give it a go though |

Even if your not 'getting' physio'......there's nothing stopping from speaking to a therapist to get their opinion. Ask for a referral and chat to someone who specialises in rehab rather than a GP. Their knowledge is likely to be limited at best, useless at worst. |
