"I’m amazed to see Mercedes just holding up their hands and admitting that they fucked up. I expected excuses and avoidance, but they’re just saying sorry!"
How an earth could they possibly deny it though? So blatantly obvious don't really have much choice to be honest. |

Yeah they've all pretty much held they're hands up.
Rosberg said I know I've been lucky but I'll take it.
Pretty sure Vettel said 'You won that' to Hamilton as Hamilton took his helmet off. Nice touch I thought.
Hamilton was trying very hard to toe the team line.... And failing lol.

Sorry any other time Hamilton would be on the team radio giving it all...He should have said something and not come in he's done it before ...glad Robesberg won even tho it was luck.Lewis is a sore loser no matter what.Walking off in a sulk just shows exactly how childish the man is Loved how Vetted said to Martin Brundell that at least he was happy |

You can say all you like about Hamilton but today he was very professional. He shook Nicos hand. He didn't stomp off he just went for a quiet moment on his own. He was a long way ahead and the team decision has cost him. It's not about him not getting his own way, he was simply handed third place whilst cruising to a win.

I don't think you understand the significance of wining the Monte Carlo Grand Prix!! A win here is like winning ten in a row for the drivers, it's not about the points it's about winning it, and to be quite fair he was leading the race in a very very convincing manner, up until someone made a stupid call, which robbed him off something which, he has been trying to achieve since 2008. I think he has every right to act like a sore loser!! Anyone who thinks differently is just deluded in my opinion. Even Rosberg knew he didn't deserve the win, Lewis was robbed today plain and simple.and of course Vettles happy he came second in a hopeless car!! |

Interesting to see the Merc spin machine go into overdrive trying to explain this one.
On one hand they simply made blipping stupid error with thier timing calculations and dumped Lewis into third. Bit of a stretch, especially when one consider that this is monaco, where track position is king, so fading tyres doesn't matter so much. (one can ignore the 19 second lead as the Safety Car coming out neutralised that one.)
On the other hand this is Monaco where the win means so much more to the drivers and teams, so winning three years on the trot really is special. Lewis kinda buggered that up by putting his car on Pole yesterday and poor wee Nico's track record of getting past Lewis on the track isn't exactly stunning. So Nico needed to get past in the pit stops, unfortunatly Lewis buggered this up as well by creating too big a gap to eliminate with a sticky wheel. So did they engineer this pointless pitstop as a solution to this knotty wee problem?
Hopefully the answer is the former, but either way it rather soured Mercs 2015 Monaco results.
