Feel your pain fella. I once refurbed 2 houses on Rutland water, needing to gloss every wood surface. At the height of summer, horseflies, midges, wasps, the whole bug kingdom it seemed were attracted to the smell.

The little ones are bad enough, but it's the bigger ones that are worst, the ones that manage crawl across the whole thing leaving a trail of destruction in their wake.

I started on a set of chairs once. Sanded down one and lost interest. I get bored very quickly |
