I spent 3 days in hospital and still suffering with gastritis after eating a carrier bag of full of those little Philippine chilli peppers for a bet. I still love them but I can't eat them very often now...  |

They are actually addictive..something to do with the capsaicin in them producing an endorphin response. As a warnimg though a guy I used to work with took it too far. He was having superhot chillies and phal every day. Even for breakfast. Kept having little accidents. Doc told him if he didnt stop his ass would fall out. |

Love them, the hotter the better! My ex on the other hand can't bear them so when we talk our daughter out for her birthday (we try to remain civil) he went to the toilet and I spent a speedy couple of minutes rubbing my chillis round the rim of his water glass...immature yes but well worth seeing his face turn from pink to red to puce  |

Note of caution..always wash your hands after chopping chillies..I didn't and ended up with a rather sore willie after a trip to the loo..done this on more than one occasion as well lol  |

My local pizza place does the worlds hottest pizza. Some good clips on youtube for the pizza challenge. Think its somewhere in the region of 10 million on the scoville scale. |

Scratching the ear without washing chilli hands also hurts a bit too.
