Apparently, professional matchmakers advise clients to think about the type of partner they want, then think about where they are most likely to be found, and go there.
So, if you're looking for someone sporty, join a sports club or gym and try to socialise there. If you want an older, more distinguished/refined man/woman, looking in night clubs might not be the answer.
Where would your ideal partner be found (excluding on a swinging site/in a swinging club, since a lot of us would like someone to swing with)?
I like tall, toned, intelligent, adventurous men, (not asking for much, I know! ), so maybe in Waterstones, reading books on extreme sports from the upper shelves, having already picked up a few crossword books and an encyclopaedia? |

I like women who can hold their own in a conversation and who have a good level of intelligence an open mind who enjoy similar music tastes and a cheeky smile accompanying challenging eyes.
I'm most likely to meet my match at a gig, probably in the smokers area so it's a bit quieter getting into a d*unken debate about the evolution of music and the role it plays in society. |

I just like women I can relate too.
I find it easier to chat to older women as i tend not to share many interest with my age group (film, tv, music all better before these days).
That said the older women I like are not into younger guys so I am stuck in catch 22 |

Good question.
I like good conversation, live shows, eating out, going out for drinks and love playing/watching football.
House parties, celebration dinners, gigs and sports bars would probably be the best places for me. Maybe food festival and wine-tasting if I wanted to try something new. |

At a crag after spending the day riding there on her bike, dropping her leathers to stick her stickies on then challenging a game of "Plus two".
Carry the banter on on the pub over good food and more dares.... |

The problem with this is that what I like in a woman is not always the same as what I fancy.
I like women who have their own opinion on things and are articulate enough to be able to express that opinion in a coherent but non confrontational manner hopefully with a sense humour to.
On the other hand I fancy pretty much any woman who is pleasant, laughs (especially at my jokes) or is classically pretty (nice arse, goof figure, pretty face).
I guess I'm just quite shallow really. |

At the junction. The name sounds like it's a gay bar or a gym. Lobster to die for.
