Seriously,this isn't a pity me thread because I have the worse cold ever. I have death grip on my chest and I sound like a creaky door when I try to breathe. I have no Vics Vapor Rub and I had no sleep last night. Sniff sniff  |

have you got anything that resembles menthol in the house say the nose stuff
instead of using it on your nose use it via a hot bowl and breathe the vapor in
also another way is the mint herb that also can be used in the vapor way |

heres the homemade version to vicks vapor rub
1/2 cup olive oil, coconut oil, or almond oil
2 level tablespoons of beeswax pastilles
20 drops of Eucalyptus Oil
20 drops Peppermint Oil
10 drops Rosemary Oil
10 drops cinnamon or clove oil (optional)
