I store my train ticket inside the flap of my phone case.... It was just checked by the inspector on my way to the club.... She surprised me and I handed it her still in the phone case with the screen on and fab in all its glory very obviously open!

You can't be embarrassed in that situation. Be nonchalant about it, the inspector will be jealous of you.
