There are some truly decent,genuine and lovely people on this site.

Pink flamingos are really white they dye they're feathers to attract mates from a gland under they're armpit

Yes the diet has to be high in cartoniods the stuff that makes carrots orange and it releases a substance in a gland under the armpit that they then smear on themselves to turn their feathers pink when first put in zoos no one knew importance of diet and they all turned white and were miserable

I will remember that and put it with the other random facts in my brain that I hope will come in handy one day
