in the suffolk countryside

tv gave it up in 2011..and dont want it back again...i was probably only one in thjs country to not have heard about the general election the other week,..whenever it was, until it was over.

frees up my time, i have better conversations with family and friends..and yes i use the internet...but im not projected at all the time, by what society wants me to pay attention to.

Gave up alcohol for dry January this year...managed to stretch it to the end of February so not cut it out altogether but I now consume a good deal less than I used to.... Also feel a lot better for it too

I quit alcohol 18yrs ago. I still smoke though. I do keep quitting and restarting for some stupid reason. I'll crack it one day.

I've given up the booze and I feel like a piece of shit.

Seriously thinking about hopping off the wagon tomorrow afternoon.

I gave up smoking 7 years ago... Through sheer willpower... Best thing I ever did!

I've tried several times. I intend to crack it one day.

Last time I quit I lasted nearly 18 months. For the life of me I don't know why I started again.
