Would you sign one if getting married ?
Apparantly , the high court or whoever now accept them and reckon all new marriages should have them and cut down on the grief when divorcing .
What are your thoughts ? |

for the average marriage probably an unecessary expense.
If I was marrying a rich woman I would understand that firstly she would like to protect what she had and secondly she would know that I was marrying her for what she is not what I can take away.
Lets say the person that won the £113 million finds someone to marry next week, why should someone be able to come along, marry within a month then 2 months later leave with 10s of millions of pounds.
If I won the lottery next week then split with Sasha she would get half of what I got, because we were in a relationship when I got the money, what we have is ours, no matter where the money came from for the ticket.
Win it 2 weeks after we split up and she wouldn't get a penny off me. |

BBC website had an article with examples of pre-nups including men being only allowed to go to one football match per season or (in the interests of equality of course) the woman who would face a penalty of $100k if she exceeded 120lb's! Easy on the cake there...and bizarrely an infidelity 'bonus' of $100k.
