I love eggs....just having a poached egg for my lunch. Most of my eggs come from a friend who has chickens. I think it makes them that much nicer knowing where they come from |

Egg curry is favourite. It reminds me of growing up and my mum making it on a Thursday when we had no money left before payday. The only food left was eggs and rice.
