I recently had a few pics at the top of the fab list (dont know why)
My messages went crazy,I couldn't reply to all. I scanned through and looked for ones with attached pics or nice profile pics.
A few I opened wanted a reply either saying yes or no.
Is not replying considered a no,as I got a few messages from people asking why I deleted their message. |

Copied from the site FAQ's:
---------------------------
There are too many rude people on here who don't reply to my messages!
It's not rude not to reply.
Some ladies and couples get hundreds of messages a day so it simply isn't possible for them to reply to everyone. If you don't get a response, you should assume they aren't interested. If you're getting a lot of "no-replies" then you should consider your profile and the messages you send. Are they giving the right message? Are you standing out from the thousands of other guys on here?

"In my opinion no reply = no, but there are many who believe that is rude. I find replying just encourages them "
I have replied saying no thanks and then I get messages asking why. |

Not replying is generally considered a no, but telling someone to fuck off for asking if there is a particular reason is pretty pathetic, especially if their profile doesn't outline what they're looking for. |

As others have said... No reply means no thanks, I'm always amazed why some folk want messages saying no thanks.it always smacks of neediness to me..
Either way your profile your choice how you manage it.

"Once I've said no thanks I ignore further messages
Life's far too short for constant explanation"
If I reply, I don't normally answer the hi messages, and it is a no I don't answer them again, keep sending me messages and I just block. |

we try to reply, but if we don't we assume people will realise. It happens to all of us, just have to accept we aren't always the right match for other people. Response is nice, but not essential - this is not a dating site after all |

An unrequited message has no rightful expectation of a reply. Even if some communication has happened, no further reply must be taken to mean that there is no current interest. And no one should persist in chasing others, trying to force an answer.
Blocked means you have closed all options for the other party.
Never succumb to the pressures that others may try to force upon you in Fab. You are free to use the site as you wish, even if you never open your inbox. As long as all are respected and site rules followed, you can relax and enjoy yourself. |

I blocked someone today for asking why i'd added him as a friend and kept deleting his messages (i hadn't noticed his messages tbh). He was out of my age range anyway so hadn't even read my profile.
Yeah some guys expect replies, others don't have time to dwell on it. Don't worry about it, you don't have to do anything other people want you to. |

A quick reply of because I don't fancy you is just the ticket in these situations then block. |

This but its rare. We have found most people accept a no thanks and usually just reply with a best wishes type message. |
