Plane from Nice had a crash landing at Heathrow this afternoon when it suffered hydraulic failure.
One of the passengers told me that the plane was making mechanical noises for most of the flight. They managed to get the gear down but it was an extremely heavy landing. He thought that one of the passengers may have had a stroke. His luggage was wrecked and the guy was shaking. Then he had to rush for his connection to LA.

i told him that thousands of flights land every day and his was as bad as it gets. He seemed a lot more confident afterwards. |
