I'm up north, we will get 2 days of hot weather (with clouds though so it's still dark) and everyone gets sunburnt in those 2 days, then it will go back to normal rain, windy lol.
I went out in just a short sundress before, it nearly blew off haha. |

The only people that I'd trust to issue a long range forecast for the UK are the Met Office. They have the technology and expertise for this, unlike any other.
However, the Daily Express newspaper/comic has 5 or 6 front page headline types that they recycle. Top of their categories is severe weather forecasts, followed by near 'miracle' cures for something or other, such as arthritis, or something connected to Europe, also being a popular choice.
These alarming 'news' stories are sometimes responsible for scaring vulnerable people, when they don't typically use reliable sources for their stories. I'm wondering Shag whether you've seen the front page of the Failing Express, or one of their sister media outlets recently?
As far as I'm aware, the Met Office hasn't issued a long term forecast that spells a negative outlook: correct me if I'm wrong, as I'm not an expert in this field. |
