stockportish

Been there twice one on a freeby and one paying myself Would never go again

Cars you see for a couple of seconds very little overtaking absolute shite views

its the most over rated and over priced GP I've had the misfortune to attend

Save your money and go to Spa in August

I go most years and it's much cheaper than silverstone.

Can get flights and a decent seat for £250 if you go just the Sunday. Hotels and apartments outside Monaco are around £30-50 a night.

Beer at the various bars can be around £4-5 a pint but there are vendors that charge £2-3.

Food vendors can be expensive but no more expensive than the gourmet burgers and stuff you find at silverstone.

I went to Spa many years ago now. Great track, great area. Not many facilities then but I suspect it's improved now. If you are in the general areas try to get somewhere with a view of a big screen.

The noise of the engines echoing through the hills is amazing.

Never been to Monaco, soooo expensive. Enjoy if you are there tho.

Been once,

If you can bank roll a decent weekend you'll have a great time.

If you have a boat or a friend with a boat...you'll remember it for quite sometime.

As for the race itself, you see the cars for a few seconds and that's about it.

The build up and post parties are better.

Abu Dhabi can be good fun too

Thomas
