I have noticed on the forums this is becoming more and more in some replies of threads
that some people like the chase, or they are playing games or have an agenda
Personally i'm not into games or the chase, if i like someone i converse swap numbers and meet.
But lately people think "playing hard to get is just the norm"
well this lady NO if i say no thanks i actually mean it
do you prefer a meet without the chase, the agenda and no games as thats what i like and prefer

Oh i'm too old for playing games! I know whati want and what i'm looking for and not. With me, it's social meet then if both happy the REAL fun games begin |

Now this is for us is 'time wasting' when done in a certain ways, ie.,Initial interest, getting on fine then silence either way is anyones perogative. Picking up the convo a second and third time with months in between, setting up meet dates, silence, repeat is chasing/game playing. Don't have the time of day for that, the notes tool can be useful at times. |

this is the point
i say no thanks and that's what i mean not maybe,
if something has made me say no its there for a reason and i listen to my gut
some people who chase as they think "it will wear you down eventually" makes them look stalkerish and desperate |

I don't give people the opportunity to mess around. Id much rather just say it like it is. When I've said thanks, but no thanks, then its usually been respected, if it isn't then I block.
As with most things, we're responsible for ourselves. If I've been messed around then its my own fault for allowing them to do it. |
