Simples..time to get some food envy going on here. One of lifes other great pleasures.
Starters: chestnut mushrooms stuffed with goats cheese and chilli
main: slow roast beef cooked in red wine and port with celeriac mash, goose fat roast potatoes with onion garlic and rosemary, sage and onion Yorkshire puds, steamed veg...and made a date and walnut loaf for pud.
Let the good times roll |

Not very envious, being a vegetarian, still thinking about what to eat .... got a lot of revision to do, big week for GCSEs next week, so its time to dust off To Kill a Mockingbird, again ..... Sunday lunch sounds great though |

"Slow roasted beef here also with all the trimmings carnt beat a roast dinner specially wen this mamma cooks it xx"
That would have been my preferred option, love roast beef dinners. We're having beef mince with homemade yorkshire puds, that is if I don't change my mind and do cheesy topped shepherds pie! |

Weve slow cooked honey and orange gammon, mash potato, cauliflower and broccoli and a cheese sauce. The left over gammon will be used for sandwich meat and also some to make chicken and ham pie.
but have already started tomorrows, which we are having shepards pie with red cabbage. |
