Nomophobia.... which means.. (no mobile) if you didn't already know. Do you suffer from this if you don't have your phone or access to the Internet?

I've only had a mobile nine months (yes really, first EVER mobile phone!), so yes I can well and truly live without it. Have done most of my life. Mobile phones aren't as essential as we think they are.

I lost one ages ago, gave up trying to find it . It turned up , months later , in a crate I was getting down from the attic.

I often get moaned at because people cant contact me because i dont have my phone on me .. its a phone why would i take it every where?? I dont take my house phone out so do i need to take my mobile ??

I don't have a house phone... I rely on mine for family, friends and work.

I could go with it out for a day or so.

I think my youngest girl has, id taken them out for a meal yesterday and her iPhone ran out of electricity, when asked if she wanted dessert (chocolate cake) no i want to go home to charge my phone..

Help her please.
