If you were walking down the street and saw someone stood looking up to the sky with his hand above his eyes to shield the sun.

Would you....

Also stop and have a look toward the sky in the direction he's looking to see what on earth he's so intently looking at?

Or....

Wouldn't you give it a second thought and not take a look and just carry on about your business?

I'd start looking up, wait until I had a few other people looking up, then retire to the other side of the road and see how long people stay there looking up and how many join them.
