I once heard you are allowed an extra 300 calories when due on imminently as your body uses more calories than its usual metabolic rate. This may be utter bollocks, but justifies eating a Double Decker. If that helps? |

seriously not wishing to frighten anyone have you seen your doctor about this? At the very worst it could be endometriosis. Either way given you can afford it for getting rid of the symptom or at least managing them find a good homeopathist |
