One thing i can't stand is a liar, no matter if its a lie or a white lie
for instance

I've always been a very honest person (that's easy to say anonymously on an internet forum, so you'll have to take my word for it), particularly in real life.
However, after 40 odd years living on this rock, I've come to the conclusion that being open and honest its necessarily a good thing. In the past, it has been used by others to deceive and lie to me - because my expectation has been openness and honesty in return.
Like a dog that learns to fear the whip after being beaten one to many times, I have become more guarded, less open. Whilst not resorting to lies, I have become more 'economic' with the truth. |

I don't really find it very important....
In general the truth is better and in everyday conversation, most times, why lie...
On the other hand, to push that little bit further than it is deemed your personal abilities allow is human nature.
And usually someone or maybe yourself will lie to you to make you reach your potential, to get ahead, to win something you had no right to get...
I immediately discount by 50%, anyone's opinion who deals in absolutes. I've seen them be wrong more than their fair share of the time.

I saw a sock in the kitchen that had been chewed,,,i said "Did you do that"
he replied "No,yuk I would,nt touch your stinky socks".
later that day he admitted it was him,i felt cheated,but glad he eventually owned up. |

If it's something that's none of my business or not going to affect me in any way, I couldn't give a shit.
If what you actually mean is should married/attached people be more honest about it on here, then yes, I think they should, but can understand why so many aren't when you see how much shit people get for it on threads. (And the charming PMs out of the blue which I get). Same goes for bareback. If you want people to be honest and open stop demonising those that are. |
