Cant do a better pull on an iphone,
The sim card is on the right spine, the little pin goes in and the sim will pop out
Removing and replacing it should reboot the device and hopefully kick it back in

What you have to do is press and hold the power button, then press and hold the home button at the same time until the screen goes black and a white apple logo appears.
Release the buttons and the phone will reboot. |

Good man, don't know iPhones but knew you could do this, wasn't sure if was soft or hard reset and didn't want to inadvertently wipe the phone on him, |
