Is 'lady from outside London' a euphemism? And aren't most ladies from London not actually born Cockneys anyway. Pretty much everyone I know in London moved there from somewhere else so is there a point at which they stop being as dirty once they are official London ladies? |

That's what the OP is trying to find out. Maybe a survey and structured questionnaire would help. Having qualitative answers will make it more difficult to come to a definitive conclusion. |

Well, I doubt that there can be many quantative answers ... Unless a statistically reliable survey has been commissioned. |
