Just witnessed why cyclists get run over stationary traffic in built up area .motor cycles proceeding slowly as people do cross the road .how dare they.
So along he comes all skin and bone banana hat and attitude .the language he used to a lady trying to cross the road was unnecessary he was going too fast and to top it all he went over the traffic lights on red .how can you feel sorry for a pillock like that . |

Some people are dicks. That includes sone cyclists. And motorists. And motorcyclists. And pedestrians.

Alst the circumstances you describe arenot coconsistent with 'why cyclists get killed' in London which usually involves construction traffic or HGV's often left turning

Mostly this.
Although I do see a hell of a lot of cyclists jump red lights, I bet they wouldn't if they were in their cars. |

I saw an horrific programme showing a lady cyclist who was killed by a cement lorry turning left. She didn't stand a chance.
OP- there are bad cyclists , as there are bad users of every mode of transport. Sometimes though - it's scary out cycling. Many car /van and lorry drivers are very impatient ! I drive as well and always allow plenty of room to overtake bikes. |

We all have to use the road (van driver here!) I always try to give room to cyclists but things that wind me up is ones that sneek through red lights, riding across zebera crossings! What happened to dismounting and walking it across?
But then just as bad are pedestrians who just walk across roads  |

Have to agree with this I don't ride my push bike on the road much but car drivers just seem to think the road is for them and them only. The level of bad drivers these days is scary for any one on the road. |

As a cyclist this Fucking annoys me, idiots who ignore red lights in what ever form of transportation they are yang deserve what ever they get. Red light is there for a reason, if you are stupid enough to go through one and get hit, you made the conscious decision to break a rule, now live with the consequence. |

If that is the one where the mother bought a share in the bought, went along to the shareholders meeting and confronted the board. Yes it was a very sad program.
There are idiots in all form of transports, I remember being hit by a driving instructer once he lied to the police and got away with it. |
