What is it and where is it! It doesn't change the way to get rid but it makes for an interesting conversation!
Nail varnish remover and gentle scrubbing with a pumice stone.
Don't knacker your skin though.

On a 5 years olds arm who won't stop doing my head in about it. well not atm. Said child has gone bed. |

"Soap up the relevant body part and just pour a bit of sugar on as well it will act as a very mils abrasive to help get it off "
