I don't think it's racist unless the person thinks all black guys have big cocks, or all white and asian guys have small cocks.
There is racial preference happening though. But, as with all preferences, you can't really force anyone to have sex with someone they aren't interested in. You have autonomy over your own body and who can access it, that's a basic human right everyone has and laws have been made so that you keep this right.
There could be an argument here in that if small black, asian and white cock or large white and asian cock, can't get sex with anyone then they shouldn't be excluded from being given the chance lol coz it is racial discrimination in a way. I think in general people need to stop with these "is it racist" posts because at the end of the day, a persons ethnicity is a touchy subject, and you know you're going to end up rubbing someone the wrong way.
