i never even talked to my babies in baby talk....all that coo chi coo....not a chance!
they have great vocabulary and were/are never denied fun...so i won't feel bad for not teaching them how to say eh-oh instead of hello!

Awfully apologetic to be interjecting... May one assume that it was a gentleman caller, displaying the combined IQ of
a budgie a raw egg and cress sandwich, in his infantile usage of the english vocabulary which has induced such a coleric reaction...?

There is no correlation between talking to an infant in 'baby speak' and that child's linguistic abilities later in life.
I did all the coo-chi-coos you can think of as a proud first time dad 12 years ago and now she's top of her year and tipped to be an A-Star student across the board in all her subjects. |
