I thought this one is supposed to be more of a continuation rather then a remake. (No way the original could be made any better anyway.)

Because they are all now media studies graduates rather than the true filmmakers of the past? Just guessing.

Original is dangerous and the ROI can't be easily forecasted, where remakes of classics can. If you're looking for originality, try watching foreign movies and you'll often find a collection of originals that where made into Hollywood blockbusters. -Mr. |
