Of course.

Even in a scenario where a woman cannot physically overpower a man, fucking/sucking/molesting him without consent, lets say while he is unconscious or intoxicated for example, is rape.

Kind of.

It's called sexual assault because the definition of rape involves penetration. But yes women can force men to do sexual stuff.

And yes they can get hard despite not wanting sex. I did have some good info on the laws and stuff but really struggling to use googls these days, dunno why but it's crap at finding anything useful lately (or maybe it's me).

if you want a serious answer before the jokey answers get to jokey.... the answer is no.... and yes...

as others have said.... a woman cant commit the act in itself because the law states you need to have a penis.....

however..... A woman can legally rape a man however if she acts as an accomplice. So if X (a woman) assists Y (a man) to put his penis into Z’s mouth against her will, then X is as guilty of rape as Y is

Actually pretty disgusted that this is a forum topic.

Sexual assault of either sex is a horrendous vulgar act.

Nothing to be joked, or laughed about. Those who mock on here should get a fucking grip on reality.

Pathetic excuse for a post.

the actual question itself I don't have a problem with... because you will find its probably one of the first questions law students tend to ask... and that it is actually a really interesting answer....

Yeah. The person has to be penetrated for it to be considered rape. And also what Fabio said.

Feminists have been calling for changes to these laws but i'm not sure if they got them, like i said i'm finding nothing on google at all.

I'm not surprised at the jokey posts. We're still influenced by patriarchy and the fact that men are supposed to be in control of womens sexuality.

Men aren't supposed to be vulnerable, only women are. This is changing slowly though.

I've just looked through several sites and can't find anywhere where it says a woman can rape a man, apparently rape is the act of forcing a penis into the vigina, anus or mouth so only a man can rape a man, anything else is sexual assault

I think a lot of people find it hard to believe a women can over power a man in such a way, let's be honest 99% of men are physically stronger than women and would be able to over power them and stop themselves from being tied up or assaulted

If a guy was drugged would he still be able to get an errection?

It is pretty hard to see how this could happen I can only think of a few scenarios, one being he was willingly tied up but then changed his mind

I think that you will find that the law in the United Kingdom changed some time ago and a penis is no longer a 'requirment'. The offence of rape is now non-gender-specific

How bizarre. I would've thought (HOPED, more like!) that invading somebody else's genitals with your genitals would've been classed as rape from both genders.

Wow, what a fucked up World we live in.

Why would it have to be just a real penis.?

Surely if just say a banana was used against a guys wishes on his arse it be rape still.?

This is the blurred line that got me thinking.

Key points:

1) There has to be penetration of the vagina or anus but not the mouth

2) Penetration is of any part of (A's) body (e.g. finger, tongue, toe) or by anything else (e.g. bottle)

3) Offence can be committed by either gender

4) This offence should be charged where there is insufficient evidence to charge rape, for example, if the victim is unsure if penetration was by a penis or something else

No that's sexual assault

If a guy penetrated a woman with a toy etc that's not classed as rape either, performing oral sex on either sex against their will isn't rape, making a woman perform oral sex on a man is though

Would that work? Viagra just helps firm up an erection, rather than cause one spontaneously. You'd need to be awake and stimulated, shirley?

Not 99% by any means. Smaller men, teenagers, people with physical or mental disabilities...

And if the woman has a weapon...or makes non physical threats to a guy to make him have sex.

And erections can come at all kinds of times, even drugged, even when you don't want them to.

Is it as common as men raping? Almost certainly not, but we don't do anyone any favours by saying it doesn't happen, or making jokes about it.

Ok so just say a guy was tied up by a woman and her partner and then the woman forced the guy against his will to perform oral sex on her and then after she used a banana on his areshole.

Is that even sexual assault. ??

It's so confusing.

It's because the penis was made illegal around the victorian era. Homosexuality was also illegal, so buggery became a crime. Just how the victorian era went, they were a bit obsessed about sex and made loads of stuff illegal.

Probably gonna go to sleep in a minute, really tired and got a busy day tomorrow.

But one thought is they have changed laws so that pissing and consensual stuff is illegal to make for fantasy videos. Yet it seems nobody gives a shit about real people and how criminal acts are against men. Not just for women raping men but men raping men as well. Despite knowing that people campaign for this stuff to be taken seriously, and idk about anyone else but i don't remember anyone asking for pee porn and that to be made illegal even.

Ooh going to sleep in a moody now.
