My girlfriend and I are interested in mild bondage, blindfolded, spanking restraints Etc. Is there anywhere we can get information or attend to see what is on offer and how to do it correctly?

You should look at another web site called FET LIFE (put both words together and search the net.) it's a free site. It's a kink website and there are loads of clubs, classes in local areas. Look it up.

These are useful
http://www.lovehoney.co.uk/product.cfm?p=19809
and you can get a discount by clicking the adverts on the right of the screen.
have used it on a couple of play mates, one was fairly new and only lightly secured- other is a self confessed BDSM slut and strapped down so tight she couldn't move anything but her mouth (ball gags or knickers can fix that though)- so it will adapt as you get more adventurous in your bondage sessions. |

Somewhere in North Norfolk |
Search for The Two Knotty Boys videos and books. They're good, and easy to follow.
The main thing about bondage is learning where it is safe to tie and where isn't, and ensuring you have paramedics' shears on hand to get the bound party out of the restraints as fast as possible in case of emergency.
Bear in mind that it is possible to do serious and lasting harm. Binding the wrong way and in the wrong places can cause permanent nerve damage, and you should always be alert for circulation problems.
Know what signs to look out for as indicators of potential problems.
A lot is said about circulation and cutting off the blood supply but, in my opinion at least, nerve damage is a bigger risk. |

Get the under bed restraints from ann summers or online about 20 quid strong and comfy and you ain't likely to give friction burns/nerve damage like you are with rope. |
