Tumble Connection by Elton John, bought it from Virgin records when it was just a real flea pit of a shop at the bottom of the Moor in Sheffield....The sort of place your mother banned you from going to..lol |

Dollar Rock N Roller Disco (Boomtown Rats, Sparks, Buggles etc) on vinyl. I bought it from a carboot sale for 25p when I was 11. I still have it in my collection today and cherish it! |

First album i bought was "The Magnificant Moodies" by The Moody Blues, It has their "Go Now" track on it and i could only get it in Mono. My first single (I think) was Jeff Becks "Love is Blue" followed by "HI ho silver lining" on the origional label, and still got them. |

" damn had the original Spirit in the Sky by Norman Greenbaum but the first record I ever bought was The Tokens with The Lion Sleeps tonight on RCA Victor, not as some people think the Inkspots or The Chipmunk or any of the 78s in my collection I bought them later

i carnt remember my first album i bought but i doo remember a bad christmas present i got of a aunt i was about 15yrs old and got a original walkman and a tape of boys II men album i didnt now who they were but just smiled and said thankyou |

i remember tons of stuff and remember buying my first records during my lunchbreak from Sat job at Woolies. Can't remember what it was though. |

A 45 RPM single of Chuck Berry “My Ding-a-Ling”…
Although I have to say….....cough-cough...ahem....honestly,,,I only wanted it for the B-side which was a really rockin version of Johnny B. Goode…. Even as a little kid I was So Cool man !!!….. teehee,,,haha

Two little boys by Rolf Harris.LOL I can't remember what age I was but know mum took me to buy it.
Then it was Prince Charming by Adam and the ants. That was when I got into teen music and saved my paper round money for it. It was 75p from Woolies. |

the moody blues were a great band and still touring to this day.go now remanes there only chart topper (1964) in spite of recording classics like nights in white satin and question |

1st record I ever owned was Stand and Deliver by Adam Ant. (I was 5 years old at the time and my dad bought it me, the 7" single on the CBS label.) 1st single I ever bought myself was I wanna sexx you up by Color me Badd...lolol summer of 1991, cost £1.69 from Woolies |
