If it isn't pushy single blokes who can't take NO for answer, it's 'pussy power' cpls who insist on facial pics even though their profile doesn't have any either but don't turn up anyway that seem to be dragging this site down!!!...The chatroom cam's are poor, the local updates are few and far between and conversations between like minded adults are regularly interrupted by the 'no sex pls we're swingers' brigade. Was it always this bad??? |

I think the site has been taken over by escorts and prozzies and advertisers who want your details....

The site's what you make of it.
For us it's perfectly fine. We interact with nice folk through the forums, avoid the cock fests that are the chat rooms. It's easy to filter out the bullshitters and time wasters so we've never suffered those. If it's getting you down that much, click the UNLOS buttons. |

Yeah it's OK. I do hope the site owners ignore griping like this. We've had some really successful meets over the years. It's much better than other monthly subscription sites that we've tried. It is possible to find what you are looking for now and again. There are some absolute gems in here, you just gotta keep looking. |

I think it was better three years ago but I don't know how much of that is due to us being new to it all then or whether it's made up of different people now. Probably a bit of both. |

We like the site, but all the guy has done is give an opinion, albeit a bit whiny, but it's still a valid opinion and all everybody has done is slate him, in a weird way he's had his concerns proved right by the abuse.
We couldn't use the forums for ages because of a fab fuck up and as fun as they can be at times we try to stay away because it seems some horrible people do nothing but troll the forums looking for someone to take the piss out of! Some people need to get a life, because you're a forum regular it doesn't make you some sort of fab deity! |

There are problems with many sites and good things with many sites. Why not hunk of ideas and put it to suggestions. Why would a single guy also know so much about guys that do not take no for an answer. Do you have that many requests from guys? Just curious. |

Yes, I often get guys contact me but it's mostly comments from other users about let-downs, fakes, time wasters etc. |

Less than 1% of fab use the forums .
We have had 128 meets off fab in 5 months and not one of them has ever been on the forum .
This speaks volumes and is probably why we often feel out of place on the forums ourselves
Keep your chin up , be proactive and don't pay too much heed to negativity .

I don't think it's bad now so no it's not.
I had my first account 4 years ago and anything I've wanted has always been available.
If you are only looking to do one specific thing (watching people have sex) you're pricing yourself out of 80% or more of the market.

I don't have any answers (I was the one initially asking the question). Maybe I am on the wrong site...but I'm clearly not alone.
My preferences are based on previous real life experiences, that's all.
However, this site feels like an advertisement for clubs most of the time.

When men out number woman and couples they can be very picky and if the numbers here was same would be a very different story I am sure .. As a woman I'm not targeted by women trying to make money or advertisers trying to get me to go to their websites to make money from me. If I had that constantly it would annoy me,I would probably leave if it got so bad. I do get a few men just wanting a quick fix but I don't entertain them. I'm still finding men who I'm attracted to as much as I did 3 years ago. |

We have been on FAB almost 10years, get a bit pissed of at times with time wasters. But the good times out way the bad times. You only get out of "life" what you put into it. But agree its not just single guys that mess people about, a good few couples also. |

I have never been advertised to, messed about or had any reason to feel annoyed about the site. Anything that hasn't worked out has generally bwen of my own doing not anyone else's. There have been the odd funny messages over the years but nothing that would cause me to question how good this site is. |

What point has been proven?
Due to the massive volume of folk on here, this site is a true reflection of life in that there is every type of person on here (good and bad) and to think it's going to be a big love in where everyone is happy and smily just isn't true.
If you look at the forum archives, go right back to the start and you'll see the same type of threads then as now 'I've been let down', 'why am I not getting meets', 'single guys are shit' etc, so I would guess in that respect no, things haven't changed at all, they've just gotten 'louder' with the advent of more and more people joining.
Someone else further up said it best, you can stand out...if you want to, you can avoid the idiots...if you want to etc and that's the best way to look at Fab.
Everyone uses it in their own way (which is probably part of the problem to be fair). Personally, we use it fairly sparingly in terms of meets and we have filters set so we don't hear from anyone we're not interested in and we've had a ball over the last two years without coming across any major bampots. |

It gets better as you mature OP.
You start to see things differently and realise that your success is in your own hands and you stop blaming things others are doing.
A lot of guys join with high expectations and are disappointed when they don't come to fruition, the answer is to not expect reward but to appreciate it when it happens.
Publicly throwing your toys out of the pram isn't the best idea, it will get you attention, however it won't be the type you seek. |

I think to many ppl join and expect a meet! it don't work like that sadly! as in real life you have to have a spark! then work on it from there
