I'm ticklish, but the only time it's a problem is if my sexual partner finds this amusing, and then takes every opportunity to tickle me...

As kids we used to lie and the floor and lets everyone tickle us and see who could last the longest.

I would start laughing before anyone even touched me and then end up crying cos i couldnt stand it anymore!!!
