So, I've just been having a conversation with someone on here and we seem to have a difference in opinion over who is the better looking guy between Simeone Panda and Ulisses Jr (if you're unaware who these 2 are, please google them)
Can I please hear your views on this one. I say Ulisses is better looking.

(an ex colleague of mine did a lot of steroids, at the age of 26 his nuts were like peanuts and he couldn't get it up without chemical help, even with an 18 year old grinding on his face and sucking him off) |

Dude, not every bodybuilder uses steroids. There is an alternative to that Mr Olympia stuff. Don't come here with your ignorance. Both these guys are clean. Here's a quote from Simeone: "6'1, 230lbs, single digit body fat percentage all year round, still growing, still making progress, still amused and disappointed by the natural bodybuilding self imposed limitations. Change your mindset; if there is a limit, we don't want to know about it, it will not affect our work rate, we will see beyond it and work towards something greater. "

Frank medrano for me is what a bodybuilder should look like.
Look on YouTube for him. He has a spectacular physique, and not in a weirdly artificial way.
His body looks natural, because it is. |

I've wondered this myself. I love muscled/toned bodies, to an extent, (it is possible to be too big), but it puts me right off when a guy has that boob effect.
I know they build their bodies for themselves and not for me, but it's not something I think looks good. It looks even worse when they age or stop training and they go saggy.
Women with saggy boobs is one thing. That's nature taking its course. On men, it's just wrong. |

I don't know what Dictionary people are looking at but really honestly if I meant "Jacked" = Steroid useage..I would have said "Juiced".
The only literal time when Jacked means anything else is Heroin. And I sure as hell didn't mean that.

I suppose if every single other muscle in your body is going to be bulging then the pecs need to as well, otherwise it would probably look a bit odd. (Agree about the sagging though ) |

Guys on steroids usually have puffy nipples and swollen stomaches (the steroids enlarge ALL muscles in your body - including the intestines - and you can never make smooth or cardiac muscle revert so they get enlarged hearts and intestines for the rest of their lives, often causing health problems.) |

The wardens are very excited that there are a few people interested in joining our little community. They have arranged an open day with complimentary soup and a Frank Spencer impersonator. I'm making up a James Last mix tape and Mrs P is is considering making a rhubarb tart.

It might be 'bullshit' but it's what's taught int he text books to become a personal trainer.
And from personal experience I can tell you, that it's a good indication if someone is using steroids. They do come and go a little, but that tends to be as they cycle their mass through the year anyway. It can be more or less pronounced at times, but you can always tell if you're used to looking and telling the difference. |

id have to say they are both hansom but mr panda has a baby face which in my opinion makes him better looking....
