Went out for a lovely long walk today, was tshirt weather and guess who forgot sunscreen? Consequently I have a bright red chest, shoulders and back plus a lovely white stripe across my eyes from my Raybans
Be careful out there folk, it can be warmer than you think  |

Drowned look yesterday to lobster today! Poor you.
It was a lot warmer than I expected it to be after being cold yesterday. Always factor yourself to 50! At least you're pre-lobstered for your holiday.

My shower this morning was an exercise in masochism...no after sun til I get home from work so it's coconut oil body spritz and E45 cream...may try surgery at work see if they have any after sun if it gets too sore today
On the plus side, it's cold and rainy again today, so my red bits may well heat the office for us |

Some natural yoghurt fresh from the fridge so it's nice and cold. It'll take the sting out.
And steep two tea bags in half a mug of boiling water till it goes cold, that will help with the sting and the redness.

As long as they don't shut the place down thinking the glow is from a leak.
