Hi People, any ideas as to what is wrong with my laptop, everytime i switch it on it says this......
Working on updates, Dont turn off your PC, then it says Cant complete updates,undoing changes.
Then I put my password in to log on, it will then restart, then it says Getting windows ready Don’t turn off your PC, then again it says We couldn’t complete the updates don’t turn off your PC. Then it says Undoing changes don’t turn off, then Restarting, then Working on updates Dont turn off.
Then it says getting Windows ready don’t turn off, I have to log on again, then it lets me in ffs, all that takes about 20 mins

Press escape or delete to boot it in safe mode and then you can do a system restore to an earlier point. Then you can boot up the computer normally and determine which update it is thats stopping you  |
