ANYBODY else camping? I learnt some things in the middle of last night:

My airbed has a leak

My crocs leak

My tent leaks if you miss one pegging point

200 yards is too fast for me to walk to the loo in the middle of the night

Still, tonight is gonna be better! At least they don't forecast rain.

200 yards to the loo? What's wrong with squatting behind your tent?

not been camping for a few years now - we always camped when kids were young they loved it apart from going out at night in the dark for the loo

For my wee lad (hes only 6) we use a bucket with some milton fluid in the bottom for emergency night time wees.

Have the say, last time we were away for a week, he only needed it once on a very rainy night!

I love camping!

UK weather doesn't dictate the perfect climate but shall be going a few times this year.

Most important trip being first weekend of August - birthday weekend and planning a fab social for the occasion

I have to say this site is a bit damp but I've got what I was looking for: peace and quiet.

I was down that way a few weeks ago. Go to Poole and got a shop called go camping. They were selling a toilet tent £40, then you can get a bucket or something for pee times.

Love camping, a load of us bikers used to invade Wales several times a year back in the 80's. Also spent a month touring Europe with 2 other mates, happy days
