I had a mince day too- but was cheered up by the wee tenant who phoned ina a repair- her toilet wasn't flushing and it was an emergency. "No bother" says I- "what's you're address?"

"Why do you need to know whwere I live?!!!!!!!"

"Ummmm- cos we can't send a plumber to all 3000 tenants til we find you?"

I'm even more unhelpful than your regular doctor's receptionist. I don't need to like my tenants! I simply have to put up with them- I only get paid so much!
