So... Our profile pretty much spells out what we are looking for on fab.
We get an abundance of messages from people who are outwith what we are looking for which we simply delete, alot of the time without reading.
On occasion we get more messages calling us ignorant or more colourful names. How are we ignorant for not reading a message when the sender hasn't read our profile??
Anyone else have similar issues?

Fortunately never had a nasty response, but from reading the forums, some don't take rejection well it seems. But your profile, your rules, and if folk can't handle that, that's their problem,  |

not harsh at all - we used to be over polite and reply to everyone - almost apologising for not being what they wanted - but your profile and bodies do what you want to please you - yeah we toughened up pretty damn quick  |

All the time. It's not harsh at all, it's ignorance on their part. If they won't take two minutes to read a profile then they're not the kind of people we want to meet anyway so a deletion or block is totally reasonable.  |

I don't get called names, luck i guess though because it's the people messaging you that are the problem. I just delete and if anyone moans about me being ignorant i tell them they're ignorant for ignoring my profile requirements, then block them.
My inbox has been shit lately, and after wasting an hour or so deleting crap out of it i changed my profile to reflect this and don't care if it is offensive or harsh.
I don't think you're being harsh, some people on here don't care what you want, just what they want. |

I think your profile is fine. We would not meet Yu as we are out of your age range and bf is black and well endowed, but each to their own. We are specific on our single and couple profiles. I hate it when we get messages saying, love your profile and I respond saying which bit exactly and then the delay, as they read it ...... |

I wouldn't say harsh but it's very negative and not appealing at all. I understand that people you aren't interested in contact you but your wording is not to my taste. It's getting you meets you want so it's working for you. |
