....good fucking riddance.

I watch football played football, but fuck does every bloke have to talk about all the time.

My brother in law never stops and the irony is, he was he was fucking shit at it.

"Why is that ironic?"

In my case I tend to remind him of the fact when he starts going on about this players shit etc. He gets stroppy too, you'd think he'd avoid he subject, I know I would if I spent most my playing career carrying oranges.

Don't get me wrong he's a lovely chap and I love him to bits, but give it a rest, I had it all-yesterday afternoon.

MAMOBA, miles and miles of bugger all (Aberdeenshire)

I'm quite fond of talking football - admittedly not all the time, but I have a few close friends (and my lover) where football is a common topic.

It is shit isn't it? I like to explain to the rabid supporters how it feels for us normal people, by asking them to imagine every bit of media space that is taken up by football, to be swapped with dressage or chess. Then come back to me and tell me your happy with that. I'm going out now with a pitchfork to burst some footballs.

Had someone I know comment on Arsenal supporters holding a banner complaining about ticket prices at Hull and he said the irony is lost on them as they charge the most for tickets in the Prem.

I don't think the irony is lost on them when they are complaining about prices themselves!
