Due to injuries and a unhealthy life style, it's time to get back in shape, whilst I'm never going to be able to train like I used to I need a eating plan, don't need any advice on balanced eating work outs, I'm Level 3 (personal trainer)

I'm just after info on this diet from people who have done it

Did it work for you?

What were results, more energy better sleep etc... Or reverse of this

How quick did you lose the weight?

Was it easy to stick to?

Thanks in advance

If it fits your macros.

Get a sensible breakdown of your needs stick to low gi carbs and raised protein intake.

Don't bother with silly fad diets be a use at the end of it you back to eating however and put everything back on you need a long term solution.

Is this not a long term plan, sorry should not have used the word diet, seems more maintainable than a fad diet

I am not a personal trainer but ripped to the shreds. I eat 1kg of chicken fillets a day and keep my carbs to 300g aday, works for me

Guys thanks for advice, but I'm not after fitness advice, just about a specific thing

It can be summed up as "cook from whole ingredients" which is fair enough but you can do that and gain a shit load of weight and be unhealthy or you can do it and be very healthy.

But it's down to the numbers.
