That's a key point - it's common for only a selection of guys to turn up, so don't bank on them all being there. Have some reserves, just in case.
Her rules and ideas should be central to it. Get those out to the guys in advance, as some may not like them - but better to know beforehand.
Speak on the phone too. Some may be fantasists.
Have condoms and lube readily available.

All the advice above is good advice.
Let her take the initiative, its her show. She can dictate what happens, you just make sure everything goes to plan and nothing untoward happens.
One piece of advice that hasn't been mentioned, go careful with the BJ's. At one gb I helped with the girl gave them, either as she was being fucked or at the start. 4 of the 10 guys came in her mouth and couldn't get it up again! So if you want all your guys to perform, go easy on the BJ's. |
